We have been ever so busy again this weekend it really doesn’t stop we are west catering for an anniversary and to Amberley that we had never been to before the village was ever so sweet 
and had a warming and welcoming feel and the people were like that too. We arrived at the venue in plenty of time and began to cook. We were cooking for three hundred and beef, pork and chicken were the meats to be cooked, with the meats we were making some vegetable kebabs in a lovely sunny glaze dressing which look as good as they taste! The couple had an amazing cake in the shape of twenty five and it was huge and baked by the good lady her self! We did the cooking and the guest came up to sample they were impressed and couldn’t believe how nice the meat tasted they said they hadn’t tasted meat like it before and asked how it was so moist we do get asked this a lot and it is no great secret it is just the meat is cooked naturally and nothing is added the meat just cooks in its own juices so fresh and tasty and all agree! As ewe headed home we couldn’t hep but have a little tour around the village and it was beautiful so picture perfect and we would love to go back there again and we dare say we will as we had lots of interest and good comments as we left.
