I seriously cannot believe it has taken me this long to eat a hog roast before! For ages I just assumed it was to much hassle or too expensive and went elsewhere. I won't be making that mistake now I have tasted one of Spitting Pig delicious hogs. The fact I could smell it and see how delicious it looked for hours before I could finally eat it was at times unbearable, but well worth the wait in the end.

Used these guys for a hog roast at our home and I was extremely impressed. From the first telephone call onwards the service was superb and just kept getting better. On the day they arrived early the set up was clean smart and professional and the food was first class. Afterwards they discretely tided up and left. Your correspondence with me, from enquiry to the day of the party was excellent; informative and timely. On the night itself, both the pig and Ben the chef, were a huge hit with my daughter’s guests at her 18th birthday party. Ben arrived ahead of schedule, in spite of the awful rainy weather, and was set up quickly and efficiently. He expertly guided us on when to announce the food was ready and when to remind people to get it before he needed to depart. On departure he ensured we could salvage all of the remaining meat, stuffing, accompaniments and even the head, all of which were distributed amongst the family to finish off. The pig was beautifully cooked, tender and delicious, not dry at all, and all of the guests remarked on how much they enjoyed it.
