And we like to think that with three decades under our belt we are old hat in the business world by now, but this week we had the privilege of catering for a very special corporate client of ours that has us beat. Celebrating a whopping 40th year of operation, or corporate client here in Lewes made sure to pull out all the stops to mark the occasion with their team of 70. Knowing that there is only one way to properly celebrate any occasion, be it in life or in the business world, they came to their valued catering partners at Hog Roast Lewes!
It was a joy to be able to cater for this event. We love working with well established businesses like ourselves, and to get a glimpse to a decade from now to see what it may look like for our own teams across the country, well that was a privilege too. Knowing just how much a milestone year means to a business like our own, our head chef and catering manager, Marco, made sure to have the right menu to suit the occasion.
With big occasions, of course, it doesn’t get much better than our signature hog roast. It was a must for a celebration this important; combined with a rich serving style and a whole host of delicious accompaniments – like our crispy crackling, sage and onion stuffing, roasted new potatoes, slaw, mixed leaves, and tomato and mozzarella salad – it was just the feast needed to toast to 40 years of success and herald in the next!
