Hog Roast Knaphill – Garden Party!

To say we enjoy our job would be an understatement we love our job! All here at Hog Roast Knaphill are passionate in what we do we have years of experience and have a great team who work for us and amazing customers who come back to us time and time again. Our job at the weekend was for such a lady called Janet; Janet has booked us seven times just this year alone! We have lost track of the times she has booked us in the years before and now consider this lady as a very good friend.

Saturday it was another garden party for Janet at her lovely home and we arrived early for a catch up with her. We chatted to her as we set up our tables in the huge garden and she told us her family were all coming for a catch up and seventy five of her family and friends including her Gran who would be one hundred years young at the end of the month! We left Jan to get ready for her guests then we set to work on the Hog Roast Knaphill.

We brought a large machine with us on the top of the machine we were cooking some brisket of beef and on the underside of the machine we were placing rows of potatoes. We made a good mixture of fillings for the potatoes tuna and mayo, cheese savoury, bacon and pepper mix and lots of good quality butter! For the beef we made a wonderful horseradish sauce this is becoming a big hit with customers and we have this to sheer perfection! All the sauces, dips and filling we make our selves only the very best will ever do. We made lots of bowls of crunchy coleslaw and some vegetable skewers. Janet was so excited as the guests stated to arrive and the first over to see us was her amazing Gran, she sampled the Hog Roast Knaphill food and said she hadn’t tasted meat like that since she was a young girl and said our food was outstanding!  She was in fact former head chef at a top restaurant in her younger days and we were so proud getting compliments from one who knows her stuff as she clearly does. The day was lovely and we saw lots of faces we knew we do feel like part of the family now it must be said.
