The free-range, locally-sourced pigs of the highest quality that we use to make Hog Roast East Grinstead hog roasts ensure mouth watering slices of heaven (both salty crackling that we carve off first and then the pork itself) that we serve hot and fresh straight from the hog roaster. We roast them to perfection, slowly but surely over a number of hours, which gives us moist and tender meat that we can either make into pigs in buns (our name for hog roast rolls) or as part of a plated meal – the choice is up to you. If you prefer yours in rolls or wraps, you’ll get our homemade apple sauce and stuffing added to the meat and crackling, whereas with a plated meal, you get to choose your favourite seasonal vegetables and potatoes and we add the same trimmings but also our scrumptious own-recipe onion gravy too.
If you prefer a different meat for your main, however, we can cook up a storm with a spit roast, such as a whole English lamb, beef sirloin or chickens or turkeys, or we can provide a standalone menu like our Southern Slow Roast, Barbecue, Loaded Fries or Alfresco. While we have many options for diets if needed, vegetarians love our grilled halloumi and veg wraps, vegans adore our pulled jackfruit buns with slaw and we can even make our pigs in buns gluten-free!
