The 70 or so guests in attendance at this brilliant wedding here in Burgess Hill will be able to attest. For entry into the reception the Hog Roast Burgess Hill had drinks of champagne and fizz ready to go for every guest. In the meantime, Chef Marco was outside prepping our excellent barbecue menu. For their dining choices: homemade British beef burgers, Marco’s own gourmet sausages, juicy Thai chicken kebabs, BBQ marinated ribs, vegetarian burgers and sausages, and grilled veg and halloumi skewers, all to be served with rolls wraps, and options of fried onions and cheese. Of course, any good barbecue comes with plenty of refreshing sides too, so we also had Marco’s own pasta salad, a light Greek salad, and helpings of a sweet potato and regular fries mix.
