When one birthday for a celebration isn’t enough, host two! That was the case last weekend as the Hog Roast Brighton catered for a splendid birthday event that celebrated not only an 84th, but an 85th too!
Knowing that we were catering or two very special birthdays at once, our catering manager figured our team would really have to pull out all the tricks for our dining. With any birthday event we, as the caterer, want to make it as special as can be. When you have two birthday guests in the one event then you need to make sure that it is special enough to cover both. Thankfully, our unique brand of hog roast catering always brings enough specialness, no matter the event, the venue, number of guests, or even how many birthdays there are at the one time.
So, it was to be our classic hog roast menu for this event. With one hog roast there is always plenty to go around. Cooked in the very special spit style, our famed pork was a perfect choice for such a splendid day. It looked all the better as the sun decided to come out for the afternoon, meaning the Hog Roast Brighton team were able to spend a pleasant day serving up our pulled pork, sage and onion stuffing, crackling, apple sauce, grilled veg and halloumi skewers, mixed salad, slaw, tomato and mozzarella salad, and sweet and regular potato fries out in the sun with the covering of our marquee tent just to help protect from the wind a little more. Guests lined up looking like royalty with their party crowns, waiting to be served our delicious, freshly made foods. For added comfort, the Hog Roast Brighton team were also on hand to serve up hot teas and coffees through the afternoon, too.
We had a wonderful time at this event, and by the looks of it our birthday guests did, too. Friends and family coming out to celebrate both of your birthdays together – what could be better than that, especially with a bit of quality catering to add into the mix, too!
