When it comes to your wedding, your special day is yours. The wedding day is something that many of us dream about for most of our lives to that point. We all have all sorts of ideas about the things we want there, the theming, the music playlist, the food, the décor, the order of the day, etc. It’s only right, then, that when wedding customers come to Hog Roast Pulborough, we do everything we can to make sure the food portion of the day lives up to that dream.
That is why we always offer bespoke dining options to our wedding customers. While of course, yes, having worked in wedding catering for 30 years we have developed a couple pre-packaged menu and service options that we have found to be a good fit for most, if not all, weddings. Our experience in food and service has gone into crafting these packages to ensure they fulfil the needs of the majority of weddings. We know what works, and customers trust us for that, ensuring that their special day will remain just so.
But for many other customers, their special day must come a little more handcrafted. After all, it wouldn’t be their special day otherwise. When coming to Hog Roast Pulborough, we will always encourage as much tinkering as you like. Pick parts of our menus that you like, chop and change them, stick them together, request new additions, experiment – make it special. This is exactly what our wedding customers of last week went for, opting to craft their own special bespoke menu with the expert guidance of our head chef Marco to ensure they came to their special day with something truly worthy of the billing.
Our service began with antipasti platters for guests as they entered the reception. Keeping things light and tasty to kick off the summer wedding celebrations while guests mingled and the wedding party got all of their photos done. Then came our main, which was an excellent selection from our gourmet barbecue range of Thai chicken kebabs, handmade burgers, sausages, and grilled veg and halloumi skewers, all accompanied by gourmet coleslaw, seasonal leafy greens, and roasted baby new potatoes.
