Hog Roast Horsham – Making a New House a Home with a Hog Roast Horsham Catered Party

Hog Roast HorshamMoving into a new home is one of the most rewarding things in life – but it is also hugely stressful to get there. There are so many moving parts, plenty of things that can change at the last second, a myriad of problems and stalls that can crop up, but to finally get the keys into your hands and stepping into your new home is life changing.

All of that, then, is surely worth celebration!

Making a house a home is easy: all you need is a great big warming party with friends, family, and the catering of Hog Horsham! We have attended many a warming party over the years; they are always such excellent celebrations filled with plenty of joy and excitement. From catering for decades, the Hog Roast Horsham team have come to recognise the singular moment where you see the new house owner finally relax, settling into the relief of the moment that the home they have chased for months is now theirs. We look out for it every time now, and we saw it once more this past weekend as we came out to a new home in Horsham to cater for the new residents and 60 of their friends and family.

Perhaps that relief also came, in part, from Hog Roast Horsham’s comforting and delicious southern slow roast menu. Made for the big occasions (especially in the summer) the southern slow roast combines our love of slow cooked meats and an interest in the smoky and spicy barbecuing style of the American south. It’s a menu that comes brimming with incredible tastes, even if some of our hot sauces and dry spice rubs are not for the faint of heart.

Every dish in our southern slow roast is cooked “low and slow” to allow the meat time to really marinate in the sauces and get beautifully tender. For this event, it was our BBQ pork butt, Texas style beef brisket, and Cajun spiced chicken thighs that warmed the new home best, especially with the heat that comes from our optional Cajun hot pepper sauce. Just to cool things off somewhat, cooling sides of Greek salad, buttered corn cobettes, and roasted baby new potatoes rounded out the menu and stylish event.Hog Roast Horsham
