May is a wonderful month. Spring is in full flow, the temperatures continue to rise as we head on our way into the summer, the sun is out more or less every day, and we also get two whole bank holiday weekends to enjoy on either side of the month. Yes, two!
Like buses, you wait around for several months for a bank holiday and suddenly a bunch come along at once. As soon as that Easter bank holiday weekend hits it’s not all too long await after until the early May bank holiday, and then the beginning of summer comes with the late May holiday, too. That means two weekends to rest, relax, and celebrate; it means two long weekends to spend time with friends and family over; it means two long weekends to book in events, and therefore it means two more opportunities to grab the stylish summer catering of Hog Roast Brighton and Hove!
