Here at Hog Roast Itchingfield we are one big happy family we work great together and all dedicated to serving our customers the finest hog roast food. We travel far and wide and we all agree that our job is a pleasure and it doesn’t feel like work. At the weekend we were all out to cater for a large event at a country club in a lovely little village. We arrived early as we were serving lunch at midday so lots to do. We were catering for 100- a rather small event to what we are used to never the less just as equally important.
Lamb and chickens were placed on the machine to cook and that is all the effort that is needed for the meat the machines take care of the rest and cook the meat perfect every single time. We then set about peeling and chopping a huge sack of potatoes, which we then diced and drizzled in oil and herbs and placed them onto cook we made some lovely dressings to drizzle over the meat and potatoes and some fresh green salad was made along with some other salad vegetables.
We had everything ready and bang on 12 we were ready to serve. The guests were all seated and watched as we carved the meat and placed it on huge plates and took it round to serve to the guests they were all chatting to us and saying how delicious the Hog Roast Itchingfield was and said that they felt honoured as normally at these events they are used to having a cold finger buffet. The organiser said he was so impressed with the food and would we be interested in making this a regular thing? We said we would love to and made a note of it in our diary. As we left we placed some cards on the tables for the guests to take as a lot were asking us about events. We all agreed we were looking forward to coming back again to cater for this lovely group another regular to add to our ever growing list.
