Glorious Wonderful Sunshine

The weekend again was glorious wonderful sunshine and eager to reach our destination we set off nice and early to avoid the heavy traffic we knew that the nice weather would bring! Hog roast hire were setting up north for a festival and had been asked to cater for one thousand a tall order but nothing we aren’t used to we seem to cope better when we are faced with a large event and we must say that we do have the best staff in the universe! When we arrived We were greeted by the organisers who we must say seemed really stressed to say the least we were shown to our spot and we began to create our magic. We had brought lots of food and the first job was to get the bbq plate up and running and we were soon in full swing with lots of sausage and burgers sizzling away nicely and a large line of hungry folk all waiting to taste our wonderful food the food was disappearing fast and we decided to get a batch of jacket potatoes on the go we always bring lots of potatoes and fillings just in case we are starting to run short on the food and they are always greatly appreciated by all. The sun was shining and it was a lovely day summer is upon us and about time we must say we have waited long enough. When the event was over the organiser came over to see us and this time he looked quite relieved that the day was over we think as he looked so stressed I think he was relieved the day went so well, he thanked us for all our hard work and he asked us if we would like to make this a regular occurrence and asked if we would cater each year we jumped at the chance and made a note in our diary for the same time, place for next year, it is such a huge bonus to come back with a definite booking and Hog roast hire did feel rather pleased with our selves…
