Hog Roast Copthorne was recently asked to cater an intimate birthday party at a customer’s home, where we cooked in their back garden, and it was a milestone event for an 80-year-old who requested a hog roast centrepiece to be served. In this chilly weather, you may prefer to eat indoors, like in this case, and we can even cook indoors if the space is large enough and well-ventilated, but on this day, our chef cooked a magnificent hog for several hours outdoors, and the order of the day was our amazing pigs in buns, with soft bread rolls full of meat, crackling, apple sauce and stuffing.
