Our most recent clients, Alana and Justin, were actually referred to us by friends of theirs, who had hired Hog Roast Saltdean to help with their own wedding last year. After experiencing a faultless service with splendid food, they recommended us to Alana and Justin, who needed help with their nuptials.
We’re always honoured when clients approach us after a word-of-mouth recommendation, and we were so pleased to assist Alana and Justin with their wedding catering. The pair let us know about their unique plans to tie the knot in an industrial warehouse, and they had asked our catering manager, Adam, to recommend the menu he felt was the best fit with the vibe.
To complement the cool, edgy tone of the venue, Adam suggested our Alfresco Wedding Menu, which features a classic hog roast spread with crackling, stuffing and applesauce, along with charcuterie boards topped with Italian meats, cheeses, crusty bread loaves, olives and sundried tomatoes.
Alana and Justin trusted Adam’s judgement and went ahead with the booking – and boy, were they glad they did! On the day of the wedding, Adam and the team whipped up the dramatic spread, which was as eye-catching as it was appetising. Everyone was blown away by the flavours, and they had great things to say about the profiteroles and chocolate torte dessert options, too.
