Our Italian-style Hog Roast Falmer Alfresco standalone features antipasti meats, cheeses and bread to start, consisting of Prosciutto di Parma, salami, Gorgonzola, Parmigiano, mozzarella, herb focaccia, ciabatta and breadsticks, which are all served rustic-style on wooden boards to the tables, in addition to balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
