Our Italian-style Hog Roast Falmer Alfresco standalone features antipasti meats, cheeses and bread to start, consisting of Prosciutto di Parma, salami, Gorgonzola, Parmigiano, mozzarella, herb focaccia, ciabatta and breadsticks, which are all served rustic-style on wooden boards to the tables, in addition to balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. You and your guests can then help yourselves to as much as you want but don’t forget to leave room for your main and pudding!
Once you’ve devoured the tasty starter, it’s time to queue up for your hog roast, which is served buffet-style, and you can enjoy the meat and crackling with trimmings and a selection of freshly baked rolls and wraps, as well as coleslaw, a tomato and mozzarella salad, seasonal leaves and a potato option (either buttered or roasted new potatoes).
