On Friday, our Hog Roast Chilgrove experts catered with a simple menu of a main and a side, but our corporate customer and his guests were thrilled with what we served and would likely never call it ‘simple’! We cooked a hog roast for hours on end, and after the meat had a rest, carved off salty crackling and sliced up the tender meat. This was then served as pigs in buns, together with our homemade duo of apple sauce and sage and onion stuffing, and alongside our homemade gourmet coleslaw and it was all devoured in no time at all.
