Hog Roast Hythe were very excited to be hired to cater Juno’s 16th birthday party. The birthday girl was given free reign by her paying parents to work with the catering team to put together a buffet that she would like to share with her 8 guests.
Juno worked with the team to concoct a menu that she loved the sound of. The buffet included lots of tasty treats including: BBQ Pork Butt, Texan 24hr Beef Brisket and Cajun spiced whole roast chicken. There was also American style Mac and cheese, crunchy coleslaw, corn cobettes and skin on southern style whole baked potatoes. Finishing off the menu was a delicious vegetarian option of grilled vegetable and halloumi wraps with a Tzatziki sauce and a large basket of assorted bread rolls.
As well as providing good food and Catering Manager to cook it all for the guests, the catering package that Juno’s parents paid for also included the use of crockery and cutlery which the team would provide. The clients liked this level of detail to the event planning, as it was one less thing for them to worry about.
The Catering Manager, Alan, from Hog Roast Hythe arrived at the client’s home where the party was to take place by midday. This gave him plenty of time to set up the catering gazebo and cooking equipment in the clients front garden before getting to work on creating all the dishes fresh. By 7pm the dishes were ready to be enjoyed by the birthday girl and guests.
They tucked into the delicious dishes with gusto. Once the buffet had been thoroughly enjoyed by everyone Chef Alan quietly and discreetly tidied away. All the rubbish, including the disposable crockery and cutlery the Hog Roast Hythe team had provided for the guests to use was gathered by Alan and taken off site. It was later disposed of responsibly by the team.
Juno and her parents were absolutely delighted by Chef Alan’s hard work in creating the buffet. It had been everything they wanted and more.
