Hog Roast Paddock Wood were invited to do a hog roast for one of the largest building materials and tools supplier and hire company in the UK. The Sales Manager had invited in several other specialist tool company’s and Machine suppliers for demonstrations for Builders coming into the company on that Friday – a fantastic trade show for about 250 guests.
The bonus for the customers and the company’s staff was that they had delicious golden crackling and hog roasted free range pig cooked to perfection by Hog Roast Paddock Wood. Along with veggie skewers for their vegetarian and vegan customers, and a great selection of salads including Greek salad, crispy Thai salad and tomato and mozzarella salad. All finished of with a choice of homemade apple sauce, mustard or ketchup – whichever they choose to top perfectly on top of their hog roast sandwich.
We served food from 11.am until 4pm, with all the customers mentioning how amazing the hog roast smelt. Each customer pilled their plates high with their choice of food, first picking their fresh colourful salad, then choosing between wraps or a roll, our staff pilled their choice of bread high with pulled pork and then made sure each guest got plenty of stuffing and crackling.
Our client was really happy with Hog Roast Paddock Wood’s service and many other companies attending the event asked for our details so that they could experience a hog roast all over again.
In the evening, at around 8pm we supplied an evening BBQ of sausages, burgers and bacon sandwiches for the hungry company’s staff after such a long but successful event. All the staff were so gracious with their sandwiches and left their working day with a full stomach. After a great day my team and I started to clear away, we made sure to leave any extra food for our client and his staff.
