We have been doing Christmas parties here at Hog Roast Byfleet for weeks now everyone is getting into the spirit extra early and Saturday evening we headed west to do another. We always like to offer a variation of food for our guests and always offer foods in case of vegetarian guests. It was for a private party a birthday but the guy was having a display of fireworks to celebrate his 21st. When we arrived we were met by the guys mother who was all in a fluster there was people there setting up this display we told her to go indoor put her feet up and not to worry about us we had it all in hand.
We set up the huge gazebo which doesn’t take long at all and then we began to place chickens lots of chicken breast and chicken legs on the machine in some we covered in spices and some we left plain. On the other machine we used for the vegetable skewers and roast potatoes and as the food cooked happily, we set about making the rest of the hog roast Byfleet. We made some salads and slaws and some dips all quick and easy to make and we make everything fresh on site apart from our buns and wraps, which we still bake fresh on the day of the event. As the guest of honor arrived we were all done and he came over eager to receive the first plate of food! The chicken was moist and succulent and the smell was amazing, the potatoes were crisp on the out side and soft and fluffy in the centre and the food was enjoyed with the lovely dips and sauces we had made.
Everyone sang happy birthday to the guy and his parents presented him with car keys for a brand new car! And the guy was very happy. The fireworks were amazing and we stood and enjoyed them too we had a great evening and as we said our goodbyes we were thanked again by the guests for a delicious hog roast Byfleet as we left it feels so good to be appreciated and it happens at every event.
